No cookies, no analytics
This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or social media tools. That is why no consent banner is shown.
The contact form
- Data: your name, your email, and whatever you choose to add (venue or company, need, capacity, sound system, message).
- Purpose: answering your request and, if you wish, preparing a demonstration or an offer.
- Legal basis: the legitimate interest of SAS Briquemault in answering the requests it receives, and pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
- How it works: the message is not stored in a database on the site. It is forwarded by email to the SAS Briquemault team.
- Retention: as long as needed to handle your request and follow up, and no longer than three years after your last contact. If a contract is signed, the necessary data is kept for the duration of the relationship, then for the periods required by law.
Security and technical logs
To limit abuse, the sender's IP address may be used as a fingerprint, in memory, for ten minutes, without being stored. The hosting server keeps technical logs (IP address, date, requested page) for the security of the service, for a limited period not exceeding twelve months.
Recipients and processors
- OVH SAS: hosting of the site, in France (2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France).
- Resend, Inc.: delivery of the emails sent by the contact form.
Resend is established in the United States, where form data may be processed. This transfer is covered by the safeguards of Chapter V of the GDPR: the EU-US Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision for participating companies, or otherwise the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing and portability, object to processing, and set instructions for what happens to it after your death. Write to [email protected]. We reply within one month.
If you believe your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority: www.cnil.fr, or by post at 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France.
The Briquemault software in venues
Images processed by the Briquemault software in a venue are the responsibility of that venue's operator, who informs its audience. That processing is not covered by this page. Its design is described on the Technology page: on-site processing, anonymous positions, no facial recognition.
